GE Disease Diagnostics

GE engaged fuseproject to define the opportunity for a disease diagnostic in India. We started by identifying the product’s end users and their unique needs. Spending five weeks in field, we visited clinical research labs, hospitals, clinics, public health centers, and non-profit outreach programs.

With this understanding, we developed features, workflows, distribution, and revenue potential—developing a picture of the opportunity within limited resource constraints.

social impact

The result was a prototyped opportunity, including initial product concept design, product specifications, end user scenarios, associated workflows, barriers and benefits, and detailed opportunity sizing.
