Yves BéharCEO, Founder
Yves is a design entrepreneur who believes that product, digital, and brand design are cornerstones of any business. He is the founder of fuseproject, the San Francisco-based design and branding firm he established in 1999. He is also the Co-founder of start-up August, a next generation home entry system.
His other collaborations with renowned partners such as Herman Miller, GE, Puma, PayPal, SodaStream, Samsung, Issey Miyake, Prada, and many others have received international acclaim.
Béhar’s works are included in the permanent collections of museums worldwide, and he is a frequent speaker on design, sustainability, and business topics.

Qin LiVP of Design
As the Vice President of Design at fuseproject, Qin Li leads the firm’s Industrial Design, Digital Design, Environments, Brand, and Design Operations team. Harnessing her creativity and leadership, she takes a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to team building and engaging all the disciplines within a fully informed, thorough, and integrated process.
Qin’s philosophy is based on a human-centered approach. She believes designers can drive cultural change, improve quality of life, and address some of the world’s most pressing problems. In her time at fuseproject, she has helped Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits, and entrepreneurs shepherd designs to market in a multitude of categories, including AI & robotics, health & wellness, wearable tech, consumer electronics, furniture, packaging & soft goods, among others.
Qin’s work has been honored with global recognition and numerous awards, including Gold and a Special Award from IDSA for the Snoo bassinet and Ori Living, 100 Best Inventions of 2020 from TIME Magazine for a smart bot designed for Embodied, and 2020 Best of Year Award from Interior Design Magazine for the VOX Ventilator. Qin is also the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Alumni Award from the Academy of Art University.

Leah YetkaGlobal Managing Director
Leah thrives on bold bets and bringing people together to realize them. As fuseproject’s Managing Director, Leah helps new and existing clients move with ambiguity to create industry-leading, design-led solutions.
Over the past 18 years, Leah has worked across the technology, finance, beauty, CPG, and QSR industries to drive value for some of the world’s most iconic brands. She has led design and innovation efforts for L’Oréal, Diageo, Samsung, and Nestle Health Sciences, in addition to a portfolio of start-up clients.
Leah is a member of the global non-profit Women In Innovation (WIN) and a champion of Environmental, Social, and Governance issues. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young kids, which are her boldest bets yet.

Emilie LasseronHead of Strategy & Brand
As Head of Strategy, Emilie brings experience spanning innovation, research, service, branding, and business design. She oversees all strategic output for the studio, bringing together rigor and creativity in the service of creating impact through design.
With over 15 years of experience delivering solutions for companies across a range of industries, Emilie is passionate about identifying growth opportunities, and creating holistic experiences for forward-thinking organizations.
Before joining fuseproject, Emilie led strategy and teams in creative consultancies and on the client-side, including IDEO, Wolff Olins, Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, and Chobani.

Liam AdelmanDirector of Industrial Design & Environments
Liam is fuseproject’s Director of Industrial Design and Environments. With over a decade of experience, his portfolio of work includes a wide range of products, from furniture to consumer goods, micro-mobility products, exhibitions, retail spaces, packaging, and more for notable clients such as Herman Miller, Landscape Forms, Samsung, Nike Foundation, Ori, L’Oréal, the de Young Museum, and Unagi.
Liam’s natural propensity to lead includes helping his teams navigate the design and development process of complex projects. An end-to-end problem solver, he helps bring products and experiences to market that connect with people and have a real, lasting impact. In this role, Liam is at his best when empowering diverse teams of designers to do some of the most meaningful work of their lives.

Caroline ParteDirector of Experience Strategy
Caroline is a visionary leader specializing in the design of experiences, both digital and physical, that engage, captivate, and leave a lasting impression on users.
Caroline’s multifaceted approach encompasses an array of disciplines. Whether it’s diving deep into strategic analysis, understanding human behaviors, harnessing the power of storytelling, integrating cutting edge technologies, or delivering comprehensive design systems, Caroline is always focused on elevating every aspect of the user experience to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
Prior to fuseproject, Caroline was with Accenture Interactive in their Digital Strategy and Transformation practice, working with Fortune 500 companies to identify opportunities for digital innovation and making them a reality.
Caroline has worked with a range of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients across nearly every vertical, setting the roadmap to get them to launch by guiding their overall strategic vision and identifying specific digital opportunities that link directly to mapped customer experiences.Some of her past clients include Nespresso, Samsung, Whole Foods, Nike, & Cigna.
