Pantech's Shooting Star Phone is an innovative and intuitive phone, a new take on the classic clamshell phone. fuseproject created a product and an interface, focused around a new consumer experience. The phone encourages tactile interaction with a new gesture for the 90° opening rotation, the unique drop-shaped hollow center creates a surface which is easily held, or pushed against, to start the rotation. The spacecraft-inspired phone comes equipped with a 1.3-megapixel camera, MP3 player, multitasking, electronic dictionary, and text viewer functions; a clear one-touch key interface was developed for reaching the numerous functions with ease.<<
